Job Description – Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager (Male/Female) with at least 2 to 3 year of experience. The candidate should have strong client communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and must be ready to travel to Gurgaon whenever required for business meetings and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities networking, and field visits
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain about sites
- Travel to Delhi NCR or other locations whenever required for client meetings or business development
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare and share sales reports, client feedback, and market insights with the management
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients
- Maintain a professional approach while representing the company
Salary: As per company standards
Incentives quarterly: 3% of sales.
