Job Title: Sales & Marketing ManagerCompany: GoMaterial Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Delhi NCR (Initial focus) | Pan-India expansion
About the Role:GoMaterial is looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with strong experience in construction chemicals and building materials, specifically Tile Adhesive, POP, Wall Putty, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building distribution networks, and expanding market presence starting from Delhi NCR and scaling across India.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of Tile Adhesive, POP, Putty, and related construction materials
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Delhi NCR market
- Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, contractors, and channel partners
- Build strong relationships with builders, architects, and project contractors
- Generate leads and convert them into consistent business opportunities
- Independently manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost product visibility
Requirements:- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales of tile adhesive, POP, putty, or similar construction materials
- Strong network in Delhi NCR construction/building material market
- Proven ability to generate business independently
- Experience in dealer/distributor network development
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Background:- Candidates from construction chemicals/building materials companies
- Prior experience working with brands dealing in adhesives, wall solutions, or finishing materials
Compensation:- Salary: As per last drawn CTC + performance incentives
