About the Role:
GlowMed Clinics is one of Kerala’s fastest-growing medical aesthetics brands. We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to take charge of commercial growth at our premium clinic in Kowadiar, Trivandrum.
This is a high-impact, hybrid position. If you are an ambitious closer who loves driving revenue but also knows how to run marketing campaigns that bring people through the door, this role is built for you. You will own the entire growth funnel—from digital lead generation to closing premium clinical treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue: Lead the clinic's sales strategy, conduct high-ticket client consultations, and consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage Marketing: Oversee local marketing campaigns, digital lead generation initiatives, and brand activations to boost clinic foot traffic.
- Protect the Aesthetic: Ensure all social media, promotions, and campaigns align perfectly with our premium, luxury brand identity.
- Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on inbound digital leads, inquiries, and database contacts to convert them into confirmed clinic appointments.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales, business development, or commercial marketing. Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, premium wellness, or real estate is a major advantage.
- Solid understanding of modern marketing, conversion funnels, and local lead generation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam.
- A target-driven mindset with the strategic capability to balance creative marketing with hard sales execution.
