🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who understands both:
- The real estate / construction ecosystem
- The dynamics of B2B SaaS selling
This role is not execution-only — it’s ownership.
You will drive pipeline, positioning, and revenue growth from day one.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales funnel — from lead generation to closure
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for real estate stakeholders
- Identify and engage with developers, contractors, and consultants
- Drive product demos, negotiations, and deal closures
- Work closely with founders on pricing, positioning, and messaging
- Build partnerships and channel networks within the real estate ecosystem
- Execute LinkedIn, outbound, and on-ground sales strategies
- Gather market feedback and translate into product insights
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in:
- Real Estate / Construction industry
- AND/OR B2B SaaS sales/marketing
- Strong understanding of enterprise / mid-market sales cycles
- Experience selling to:
- Developers / Builders / Contractors / PMC firms
- Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
🔥 Bonus Points
- Experience selling construction tech / proptech / ERP tools
- Existing network in the real estate ecosystem
- Experience with early-stage startups (0→1 or 1→10 journey)
