Role Description
The Sales Marketing Manager oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies, collaborates with the sales team to achieve revenue goals, and builds strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include market research, designing marketing campaigns, tracking sales performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic sales planning and execution, business development, and account management.
- Proficiency in market research, analyzing trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign planning.
- Proven ability in client relationship management, lead generation, and negotiation.
- Innovative thinking and creativity in developing effective marketing strategies and materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, teamwork capability, and leadership experience.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector or familiarity with Broaching Tools/Machinery is a plus.
