Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities and markets
• Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
• Lead and mentor the sales team
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS
• Coordinate with production and internal teams for timely delivery
• Handle negotiations and finalize contracts 

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• Experience: 6–7 years in Sales & Marketing (Manufacturing/Automobile preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle clients and close deals
