Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, based in Noida. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee marketing campaigns, manage client relationships, analyze market trends, and drive customer engagement. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development experience, including client relationship management
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing techniques
- Expertise in Campaign Planning and Execution, including Social Media Campaigns
- Data Analysis and Market Research experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Prior experience in women’s health or healthcare is an advantage
