Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, identifying and building relationships with clients, creating sales strategies, and analyzing market trends. The role also involves collaborating with the manufacturing and design team to align marketing efforts with product offerings and customer needs. Reporting to senior management, the role is focused on achieving business growth and driving sales for the company.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, B2B Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Marketing Campaign Development, Market Analysis, and Brand Promotion
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Content Creation
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data to make strategic decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead marketing projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
