Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Chennai.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least one year in a digital marketing agency, media, or advertising environment. If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and working with fast-growing brands, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strategic growth plan for your territory.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and other sales initiatives.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Prepare compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers across client organizations.
- Own and drive revenue growth for your assigned territory.
- Represent Bunjy at networking events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve business targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate with 3+ years of B2B sales experience (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency, media, or advertising environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
- Experience in business development, territory management, and client presentations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
