We are looking for a driven and creative Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead growth for our coworking space. This role blends sales strategy, marketing innovation, and community building to ensure our space becomes the go-to hub for startups, freelancers, and enterprises seeking flexible work solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and convert leads into memberships, driving occupancy and revenue.
- Build partnerships with corporates, startups, and ecosystem enablers.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers aligned with market trends.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute campaigns to boost brand visibility across digital and offline channels.
- Manage social media, email marketing, and event promotions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling narratives showcasing the coworking experience.
Community Engagement
- Curate events, workshops, and networking sessions to foster collaboration.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive community culture.
- Collect member feedback to enhance services and offerings.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track sales performance, marketing ROI, and occupancy metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
