Anista Infratech Pvt Ltd, a Mumbai-based company, holds the exclusive marketing rights for LRW in India, with readily available inventory stocked in its Mumbai warehouse.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Mumbai (preferred) with frequent travel across target states/metros.
The role involves owning the end-to-end sales + marketing cycle for LRW in India by:
• Building distribution/reseller presence and an applicator/contractor training network
• Executing pilot installations & reference projects to establish credibility
• Driving B2B and institutional sales in priority segments (industrial, infrastructure, real estate, water tanks/basements, etc.)
• Ensuring strong customer experience via coordination of technical support, samples, and after-sales processes
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years in sales/marketing in construction chemicals, waterproofing, coatings, or building materials
- Strong applicator/contractor ecosystem experience (training, demos, site support, conversion)
Compensation- Fixed Salary: INR 65,000 per month (depending on experience and fit)
- Performance Incentive: Variable component linked to revenue generation, collections, active applicator base, channel productivity
