Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Aligarh. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expand services. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new market opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners, executing promotional campaigns, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, monitoring key performance metrics, and reporting on effectiveness. Collaboration with both internal teams and external channels to achieve revenue and growth targets is a critical component of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Revenue Generation, and Business Development strategies
- Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
- Proven ability in Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Leadership abilities and the capacity to manage and motivate teams
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and use of marketing analytics tools
- Familiarity with oncology or healthcare services is preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
