Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Srikakulam. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential customers, promoting health insurance products, and meeting sales targets. The individual will be expected to understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The role also includes conducting market research, attending sales meetings, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable insurance products
- Knowledge of health insurance products and their benefits is an advantage
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the Srikakulam region
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is a plus
