Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager - SaaS & SAP Solutions, located in Chandigarh, with flexibility for remote work.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS product sales, enterprise solution selling, and B2B client acquisition. The Senior Sales Manager will lead strategic sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing enterprise accounts, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to achieve sales goals. The role also involves mentoring junior sales professionals and contributing to the company’s global market expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive SaaS and SAP solution revenue growth
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across domestic and international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures
- Promote SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and cloud integration services
- Collaborate with technical teams to create customized client solutions and proposals
- Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging SaaS opportunities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members when required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product sales, enterprise software sales, or SAP solution sales
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding enterprise sales targets
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Platform, and middleware technologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and applications such as Azure, AWS, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ARIBA, and Concur
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Experience working with enterprise clients and global customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Chandigarh
