Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B industrial equipment sales, strong technical understanding, and the ability to build long-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and OEM clients.
This role combines strategic marketing, lead generation, and direct sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities across India and export markets.
Generate leads through cold outreach, industry networks, trade shows, and digital platforms.
Conduct technical presentations and machine demonstrations for clients.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies.
Manage digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn outreach, website optimization, email marketing).
Coordinate participation in industry exhibitions and trade fairs.
Create marketing materials – brochures, case studies, presentations.
Work closely with technical and production teams for product positioning.
3. Market Intelligence
Conduct competitor analysis and pricing research.
Identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Provide feedback to management regarding product improvements.
4. Client Management
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate machinery solutions.
Coordinate with engineering and service teams for installation and after-sales support.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production preferred)
OR
MBA in Marketing with strong technical aptitude
Experience
3–8 years of experience in industrial machinery / capital equipment sales.
