Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – FMCG
Location: Pune (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Experience: 10-15 Years in FMCG Industry
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building distribution networks, and leading marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
- Expand and manage distributor/dealer network across regions
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration for FMCG products
- Lead and manage sales teams, set targets, and monitor performance
- Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Ensure effective product positioning and brand visibility
- Manage key accounts and build strong client relationships
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Strong network in FMCG distribution channels
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
Preferred Criteria:
- Pune-based candidates or those willing to relocate immediately
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in marketing or related field
- Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
