To lead the techno-commercial marketing of Alccotech’s products across India by introducing solutions to prospective customers, conducting joint technical trials, and converting opportunities into sales. The role focuses on building and managing a pan-India channel partner network, monitoring performance, supporting partners in market development, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
· Identify and approach Ready mix concrete plants, contractors, and construction firms for product introductions and demos.
· Conduct technical trials, present performance data and close sales.
· Build and manage a nationwide channel partner network, including distributors and dealers over time, zone wise, hand hold the channel partner for furthering the products
· Monitor Channel and enhance sales through the channel network
· Monitor sales performance, provide field support, and gather customer feedback for R&D improvements.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars.
Education
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Materials Science preferred; familiarity with NABL labs and R&D Labs a bonus.
Experience
The candidate we are looking for is about 5-10 years’ experience in Ready mix concrete plants and/or in construction chemicals domain having thorough knowledge of concrete and concrete making, plasters, screeds, grouts and construction chemicals etc.
Technical knowledge
Strong techno-commercial acumen: Ability to explain complex product benefits in simple terms to non-technical buyers.
Skills
Proven track record in field sales, trials, and channel development in the construction sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
Willingness to travel extensively across India; aged 35-45 with high energy and ambition and a drive to excel in marketing and taking products all across India.
