🔯 Experience:- *10–15 years of experience in sales and marketing water adhesives or related chemical industries.*
🔯‎ Salary:- *Upto ₹15 LPA (depending on experience and expertise).*
🔯‎ Education:-‎ *Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred)*.
📝 *Job‎ Responsibilities*
🔆Identify new business opportunities, in handling *B2B sales* , *distributors* , *OEMs* , and *dealer* networks.
🔆Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly/quarterly *MIS reports* for management.
🔆Strong knowledge of the adhesive industry.
🔆 *Excellent communication* , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
🔆Proven leadership in managing sales teams.
🔆Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
🔆Result-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
🔆Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting software.
