Role Description
As a Sales Marketing Lead, you will manage sales operations, build lasting customer relationships, and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing sales strategies, managing training sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new market opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar, where you will work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales targets for digital classroom and smart campus solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage clients and understand their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth
- Experience in Training clients or teams on products and services to ensure successful adoption
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous
- Past experience in EdTech, technology solutions, or the education industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
