Internship Structure Overview
This is a 6-month structured internship program divided into two tiers, designed to train, evaluate, and promote high-performing candidates into a Business Development Executive (BDE) role.
Tier 1: Marketing Internship
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
About Tier 1
Tier 1 focuses on building strong fundamentals in marketing, branding, and B2B communication, especially through LinkedIn. This phase is ideal for students and freshers who want hands-on exposure to real-world marketing activities.
What You’ll Learn
• LinkedIn profile and company page optimization
• Content creation and scheduling
• Audience growth and engagement techniques
• Basics of LinkedIn analytics and insights
• Introduction to B2B lead generation
• Fundamentals of personal branding and storytelling
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in executing LinkedIn marketing strategies
• Support content creation, posting, and scheduling
• Track engagement and prepare basic reports
• Research LinkedIn trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns
Completion Outcome
• Successful interns will be eligible for promotion to Tier 2
• Internship certificate for Tier 1 completion
Tier 2: Advanced Sales & Marketing Internship
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹13,000 per month
About Tier 2
Tier 2 is performance-based and focuses on advanced marketing execution and sales exposure. Interns entering Tier 2 will handle more responsibility and real business impact.

• Client communication and coordination
• Campaign performance tracking and reporting

Key Responsibilities
• Execute and optimize marketing campaigns

• Work closely with senior marketing and sales professionals
• Contribute to revenue-focused initiatives
Promotion Opportunity: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Candidates who successfully complete both Tier 1 and Tier 2 and demonstrate strong performance, discipline, and learning ability will be promoted to a full-time Business Development Executive (BDE) role.
Skills We’re Looking For
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Creative thinking with attention to detail Bonus (Not Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Canva
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools
