- We are looking for energetic and confident interns who are passionate about sales, communication, and client engagement.
- As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our Corporate Sales team, helping to connect with HR and L&D leaders, manage outbound communication, and support lead generation for our enterprise training programs.
- This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, cold calling, digital outreach, and marketing strategy within the fast-evolving corporate learning sector.
- Key Responsibilities
- βοΈ Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
- Reach out to HR and L&D professionals through structured calling campaigns.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to introduce ProBitsβ corporate training solutions.
- π¬ Client Communication & Coordination
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and demos for senior team members.
- π Sales Support & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads and call updates in CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly reports on outreach and conversion activities.
- π Marketing Support
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns and webinar promotions.
- Support content creation for emails, case studies, and outreach templates.
- Who Can Apply
- Students from 2024 or 2025 batches or 2026 batches (any discipline).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in making outbound/cold calls and interacting with professionals.
- Interest in B2B sales, marketing, or corporate communication.
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn about the L&D industry.
