Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Intern located in Bengaluru. The intern will assist with sales initiatives, conduct market research, engage with potential clients, and provide customer support. Responsibilities also include helping to develop marketing strategies, supporting sales presentations, and participating in product training sessions. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client engagement will be a key element of the role. It will be unpaid internship for four months with incentives upon sales as per the target. Basis the performance permanent offer will be given.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, with a willingness to learn sales management techniques.
- Desire to develop training skills to support clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Passion for collaboration, problem-solving, and contributing to impactful goals.
