Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to build a strong foundation in structured sales processes, lead qualification, and business development operations.
This role is designed for individuals who want to learn practical sales systems, pipeline management, and B2B communication, rather than just theoretical marketing concepts. The intern will work closely with the senior sales team to streamline inbound lead handling, improve meeting conversions, and support overall sales coordination.
This is not a direct closing role — it is a structured exposure to real-world sales execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management- Manage daily inbound leads from multiple channels (Meta Ads, Website, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Conduct structured initial-level conversations with prospects
- Understand business requirements and qualify leads as per predefined criteria
- Schedule strategy meetings with the senior sales team
- Maintain disciplined follow-up mechanisms to ensure zero lead drop-off
- Update and manage CRM / tracking sheets daily
2. Sales Operations Support- Assist in organizing the sales pipeline for better visibility
- Track proposal status and meeting outcomes
- Ensure follow-up timelines are met post strategy calls
- Identify response gaps and recommend process improvements
- Maintain reporting dashboards for internal review
3. Internal Coordination & Process Discipline- Act as a bridge between sales and internal execution teams
- Support structured reporting to reduce operational confusion
- Ensure task accountability and timeline tracking
- Highlight bottlenecks proactively to management
4. Marketing & Feedback Loop- Provide lead quality insights based on prospect conversations
- Assist in gathering testimonials and social proof
- Share market-level feedback to improve targeting and messaging
