Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales & Marketing Intern at Wheeliy, you will support the execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Your responsibilities include assisting with customer interactions, managing relationships with dealership partners, preparing sales reports, providing training support, and contributing to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. You will also have hands-on opportunities to learn about market analysis, customer insights, and operational workflows in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management processes
- Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to provide Training support
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently in a hybrid environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems) is desirable
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience or internship in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
