Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist with researching sales leads, communicating with potential customers, and providing support to the sales team. Responsibilities include learning and supporting marketing campaigns, conducting customer outreach, managing client relationships, assisting with training materials, and maintaining accurate sales records. The intern will also collaborate with team members to enhance sales management strategies and contribute to improving customer service initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic Sales and Sales Management knowledge to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Capability to assist with training programs and develop materials for internal and external audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote work environment.
- Interest or knowledge in AI, technology, or the experience marketplace is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
