About The Role

What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development
- Drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies for facade projects.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with architects, builders, and developers.
- Identify new opportunities and expand our presence across Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
- Collaborate with design and execution teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals that create win‑win outcomes.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Lead impactful marketing initiatives, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Design campaigns that strengthen brand visibility in target markets.
- Create engaging collateral and success stories to support sales efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking forums.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of proven experience in the facade industry.
- Strong professional network with architects, builders, and developers.
- Expertise in sales, business development, and marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with ease.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
