💼 Role 1: Sales Executive (B2B / IT Services Sales)
🔹 Role Objective
Drive new business acquisition and contribute directly to revenue growth by building a qualified pipeline and closing deals in the cybersecurity and IT services domain.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, email)
- Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations with CXOs, IT Heads, and business stakeholders
- Conduct requirement discovery, position relevant solutions, and manage end-to-end sales cycle
- Prepare proposals in coordination with technical teams and drive closures
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, funnel, and conversions
- Consistently meet or exceed defined revenue and activity targets
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn outreach
- Pitch IT & cybersecurity services to potential clients
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposal → closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
🔹 Performance Expectations (Critical)
- Pipeline creation within first 30 days
- Active client meetings and proposal movement within 45 days
- Revenue contribution visibility within 60–90 days
🔹 Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in B2B / IT Services / SaaS Sales
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals
- Strong business communication and negotiation capability
- Comfortable with target-driven environment and accountability metrics
- Understanding of IT/cybersecurity services is preferred
💼Role 2: Marketing Executive (Digital & Demand Generation)
🔹 Role Objective
Drive brand visibility, inbound demand, and lead generation through structured marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute LinkedIn-first marketing strategy for B2B audience
- Develop high-quality content (posts, case-based narratives, campaigns) aligned to services
- Support demand generation through email campaigns, outreach, and marketing funnels
- Work closely with sales to ensure marketing → lead conversion alignment
- Track engagement metrics, campaign performance, and optimize continuously
- Build positioning in cybersecurity, trainings and IT services domain
🔹 Performance Expectations (Critical)
- Consistent content and campaign execution within first 30 days
- Measurable engagement growth and lead contribution within 60 days
- Structured marketing pipeline supporting sales within 90 days
🔹 Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing / B2B Marketing
- Strong content creation and communication skills
- Hands-on execution capability (not just planning)
- Understanding of LinkedIn marketing, campaigns, and basic analytics
- Ability to operate independently with ownership
