Experience:
- 2-15+ years in sales, preferably in real estate. Candidates from Banking, Finance, Insurance, Luxury Automobiles, or Wealth Management are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in selling residential and commercial properties.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales and business growth for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market, a proven sales track record, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships and generate leads. This is a target-driven role for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Convert client queries into leads and further into confirmed sales.
- Conduct sales presentations, property demonstrations, and site visits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain up-to-date sales records, reports, and client documentation.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage new channel partners dealing in premium properties and direct sales.
- Explore nearby markets and areas for better project penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling and negotiation skills.
- Proactively schedule and participate in sales meetings and performance reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2-15+ years in sales, preferably in real estate. Candidates from Banking, Finance, Insurance, Luxury Automobiles, or Wealth Management are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in selling residential and commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market.
