About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, connecting with potential clients, presenting our solutions, and supporting the complete sales process.
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, networking, references, and industry research.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective clients.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
• Present Zenexa’s products, services, and capabilities professionally.
• Follow up on leads, meetings, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and client database.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Participate in industry visits, exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings when required.
• Support marketing activities and promotion of Zenexa’s products and services.
Preferred Candidate
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new clients.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of software, AI, IoT, SaaS, or industrial automation will be an advantage.
• Experience dealing with Manufacturing, Pharma, Chemical, Engineering, or other B2B/industrial clients will be preferred.
• Willing to travel for client meetings when required.
