Job description:
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building high-level client relationships, identifying new markets, and expanding business in packaging solutions across India and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in sectors such as FMCG, pharma, food & beverage, personal care, and chemicals
- Lead end-to-end business development from lead generation to closing deals
- Manage key accounts and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of PET, Glass, and HDPE packaging materials and applications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in client acquisition and B2B sales
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions
Language Requirements
- Mandatory:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken)
Preferred Experience
- Existing network in relevant industries (pharma, beverages, cosmetics)
- Exposure to international sales or exports
- Understanding of eco-friendly and recyclable packaging trends
