We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join a manufacturing business based in Agra, catering to B2B clients in the domestic market. The company specialises in the production of welts and footbeds.
About the Role:
The role requires strong sales execution, market understanding, and effective communication with buyers, along with the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer coordination and act as the primary client contact.
- Generate business and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Handle sample development and client approvals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with production for sampling and order fulfilment.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (manufacturing or B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and client handling.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
