Role Description – Sales & Partnerships ExecutiveThis is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi for a Sales & Partnerships Executive at The Perfume Bar.
The role involves driving venue partnerships and brand collaborations. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-potential venues (clubs, hotels, event spaces), as well as building relationships with indie perfume brands we feature on our machines.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard premium venues for machine placements
- Build and manage relationships with venue partners and brand collaborators
- Pitch The Perfume Bar concept and negotiate partnership terms
- Manage inbound and outbound leads (venues & brands)
- Coordinate installations and ensure smooth on-ground execution
- Work closely with the team on brand selection and campaign rollouts
- Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration growth
🎯
Qualifications- Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and close deals confidently
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with on-ground hustle
- Familiarity with nightlife, events, hospitality, or lifestyle industries is a plus
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or sales tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
