🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Executive | Stubborn Factory | Saket, Delhi
Stubborn Factory is a 5 year-old custom merchandise brand trusted by 1500+ colleges and 75,000+ students across 22+ states. We design and deliver custom hoodies, varsity jackets, tees, polos, and more for societies, startups, and corporates.
We're now scaling fast — and we're looking for a sharp, ambitious Business Development Executive to drive that growth.
What you'll do:
→ Generate leads and close deals with college societies, corporates, and event organisers
→ Pitch our products through calls, meetings, and tailored proposals
→ Build and manage long-term client relationships across diverse industries
→ Track sales activity, performance metrics, and report weekly to the founders
→ Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure smooth order execution
→ Share market insights and customer feedback to shape product and pricing strategy
Who we're looking for:
→ 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management (clothing/merch industry is a big plus, but not mandatory)
→ Confident communicator — comfortable cold-calling, pitching to founders, HR teams, and college committees
→ Sharp negotiator with a closing mindset
→ Comfortable with CRM tools, basic Excel, and writing professional proposals
→ Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently without micromanagement
→ Energetic about fashion, branding, and the youth/corporate culture we serve
