About the Company
Streamindus Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing engineering solutions company providing innovative infrastructure and industrial solutions including Grain Storage Silos, Zincalume Bolted Steel Tanks, Glass Fused to Steel Tanks (GFS), Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Solar Energy Systems, and Water & Wastewater Treatment Solutions (WTP, STP, ETP).
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can help expand our market presence, generate quality leads, and build long-term client relationships across industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure sectors
• Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and industry events
• Coordinate with potential clients and understand their project requirements
• Prepare and share product presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Follow up with clients and assist in closing sales deals
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers
• Support after-sales coordination with internal technical and project teams
Marketing Activities
• Assist in digital marketing initiatives including LinkedIn campaigns and email outreach
• Coordinate with the design team for brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
• Support participation in exhibitions, expos, and industry events
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Travel & Field Work
• Travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities when required
• Represent the company in client meetings, project discussions, and industry events
Internal Coordination
• Work closely with the technical and project teams to understand product specifications
• Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and client interactions
• Prepare sales reports and activity updates for management
Required Skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of B2B sales and industrial markets
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Experience in engineering products, infrastructure, industrial equipment, or EPC industry will be an advantage
