Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive based in Hyderabad. The role is heavily focused on promoting and driving adoption of our in-house software application across target industries.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential markets, generating qualified leads, and executing targeted outreach strategies specifically for our proprietary product. Day-to-day responsibilities include pitching the in-house software to clients, demonstrating its value proposition, handling client interactions, and converting prospects into paying customers.
You will work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to refine positioning, improve conversions, and scale product visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and adoption of the company’s in-house software application
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential customer segments
- Develop and execute targeted marketing and outreach campaigns for the product
- Present product demos and clearly communicate business value and ROI to clients
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product positioning and messaging
- Meet and exceed defined sales and revenue targets
- Represent the company in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or software product sales
- Proven skills in market research, lead generation, and conversion strategies
- Hands-on experience in selling or marketing a product (not just services)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills for product pitching and demos
- Ability to understand client problems and map them to product-based solutions
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in software product companies or SaaS sales is highly advantageous
