Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Marketing Executive will identify new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and work to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting potential customers, presenting products, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up on leads to close deals. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams on promotions, and gathering feedback from the market to improve product positioning. The Sales Marketing Executive will also prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and participate in local events or activities that increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Proven Sales and Marketing abilities to generate leads, convert prospects, and support campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and confident client presentations.
- Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, food, or fresh produce sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage travel within the region, and meet clients regularly.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, presentations, email, CRM or sales tracking software).
- Result-oriented mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing.
