Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive, based in Mumbai/Delhi/Channai.
The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies, conducting market research, building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns. The role involves identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring consistent brand presence in the market.

Qualifications

-
Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
Preferred: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Marketing, Sales, or related field)
-Strong understanding of market planning and market research techniques.
-Proven ability in sales and marketing with a target-driven approach.
-Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset.
-Experience in the food & beverage/FMCG sector is an added advantage.

Key Requirements

-0–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (FMCG preferred)
-Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
-Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
-Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
-Basic proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools.
-Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
-Understanding of distributor/dealer network management is a plus.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Eye for detail in visual merchandising and display execution.
