Location: Nagpur / Field-Based

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Performance Incentives
Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Subscription / Packages Sales Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into active customers
- Explain Reparv services, packages, and platform benefits to users
- Build strong relationships with local partners, brokers, builders, and customers
- Support customer onboarding and improve engagement experience
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain sales pipeline records
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales, startups, and business growth
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and online sales
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and in field-based environments
- Prior experience in subscription/package sales is preferred
