Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive, located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing market plans, promoting Ray Academy’s programs and services, and driving enrolments through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with potential students, institutions, and stakeholders, while contributing to the growth of the academy's reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in Market Planning and Market Research
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competitors to inform strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with educational services or coaching institutions is an advantage
- Promote UPSC/coaching programs
- Generate student leads (online + offline)
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Run digital marketing campaigns (ads, social media, SEO)
- Conduct seminars/webinars in colleges
- Build partnerships with institutions
- Follow up with students & parents
- Manage CRM and lead data
- Track performance & achieve targets
- Support branding and content creation
- Coordinate with counselling/admissions team
- Handle both field work and office work
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
