Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Delhi-NCR. The Sales Marketing Executive will promote the lab’s services to dental clinics and practitioners, conduct regular client visits, and build long-term relationships to drive revenue growth. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, presenting service offerings, following up on leads, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects. The role also involves assisting in marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, preparing basic sales reports, and gathering feedback from clients to support service improvements. The Executive will collaborate with the operations and management teams to ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to understand local demand, competition, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and manage client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in sales or marketing within dental, healthcare, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in an on-site environment.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
