Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Marketing Executive (MBA preferred) who can drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic marketing.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of IT services sales and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (Core Focus)
- Generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, cold email, Upwork, and other channels
- Identify client needs and pitch customized software solutions
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Support brand positioning and lead funnel optimization
Collaboration
- Work closely with development and product teams
- Ensure smooth project understanding and client handover
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales (IT services preferred)
- Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Instantly, Upwork, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of software development / eCommerce platforms
- Target-oriented and self-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration (Preferred / Mandatory based on your hiring criteria)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing
