About Job
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to lead sales initiatives and support strategic marketing efforts. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, running performance-driven
marketing campaigns, and aligning sales and marketing initiatives with overall business goals to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire potential clients through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle including pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Outreach
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Assist in creating and coordinating marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, pitch decks, and emailers.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and digital teams to launch performance-oriented campaigns.
- Lead outreach initiatives for student onboarding, college collaborations, and mentor acquisition.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and target customer segments.
- Analyze competitor strategies, offerings, and positioning to recommend improvements in messaging and sales approach.
- Share on-ground market insights and client feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
4. Social Media & Engagement
- Coordinate with the social media team on campaign planning, content ideas, and performance tracking.
- Support community engagement initiatives and gather audience feedback across digital platforms.
5. CRM & Lead Management
- Manage, track, and update leads, follow-ups, and deal stages within the CRM system.
- Monitor sales pipelines and performance dashboards to ensure accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date sales data for reporting and analysis.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with content writers, designers, marketing, and product teams to align sales and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in regular strategy discussions, review meetings, and performance evaluations with internal stakeholders.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales targets, campaign performance, and lead status.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, sales outcomes, and campaign effectiveness.
- Track KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (EdTech or service industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and lead management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a result-oriented mindset.
