🌟 About the Role
Medalyze Medtech LLP is looking for a driven, confident, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in expanding our Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, and Patient Acquisition services.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 📈 Generate and convert new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- 🏥 Identify and connect with healthcare providers, physicians, clinics, and medical practices.
- 💼 Promote and sell Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, Credentialing, and Patient Acquisition services.
- 📞 Conduct sales calls, presentations, client meetings, and consistent follow-ups.
- 🤝 Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare clients.
- 🎯 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- 👥 Support patient acquisition strategies to help healthcare practices increase patient volume.
- 📊 Track leads, prospects, conversions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Healthcare Sales preferred.
- Experience in Patient Acquisition, Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, or Healthcare Services Sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and sales conversion abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn, email outreach, and digital marketing tools.
🌟Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in Healthcare RCM Sales, Patient Acquisition, Medical Practice Growth, Healthcare Lead Generation, or B2B Healthcare Sales will be strongly preferred.
