We’re Hiring – Sales Executive / Sales SpecialistMadhav Solar Energy Limited is hiring dynamic, results-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team across multiple locations.
Job Location:
- Surat | Raipur | Pune | Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, references, and digital channels
- Identify potential customers and understand their solar power requirements
- Meet clients and present suitable solar solutions
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and basic project details
- Manage client relationships, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams for site surveys and project execution
- Maintain accurate lead, customer, and follow-up records
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in exhibitions, campaigns, and other marketing activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Eligibility- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC Sales: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Candidates from other industries: Minimum 3+ years of Sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Experience in B2B / B2C sales will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities
