🌟 We're Hiring | Field Sales Executive
📍 Ludhiana, Punjab | Full-Time | ₹25,000–₹35,000/month + Incentives
At MA Traders Solar Solutions, we've built a 100+ project portfolio and 8MW+ of installed solar capacity — entirely through trust and referrals. Now we're growing our team and looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to be the face of MA Traders in the market.

We are a full-service solar EPC company handling Engineering, Procurement & Commissioning of solar projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Our projects range from 6kW rooftop systems to 1MW+ industrial solar plants across Punjab, Delhi & Uttarakhand.

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Visit potential clients across Ludhiana & Punjab — homeowners, factory owners, hospitals, commercial businesses
• Generate new leads through market visits, cold calls & networking
• Handle inbound WhatsApp & phone inquiries and convert them into site surveys
• Coordinate with our technical team for proposals and quotations
• Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report market insights to management

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• 3+ years of field sales / B2B sales experience
• Background in solar, electrical, construction, industrial products, or real estate preferred
• Strong communicator in Punjabi & Hindi & English
• Self-starter with an existing network in Ludhiana / Punjab
• Own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business for lead management
💡 Solar experience is a plus but NOT mandatory — if you know how to sell and know Punjab, we will train you on solar.

💰 COMPENSATION

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
• Performance Incentives on every project closed
• Annual appraisal based on results
