Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Influencer Partnerships

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead influencer-driven campaigns and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking skills, a keen understanding of digital trends, and the ability to drive impactful collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Management: Identify and engage with potential brand partners to drive influencer marketing campaigns.
- Influencer Partnerships: Source, onboard, and manage influencers across various industries.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
- Negotiation & Outreach: Negotiate deliverables, pricing, and timelines with influencers and clients to ensure a win-win partnership.
- Market Research & Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to optimize campaign success.
- Content & Brand Alignment: Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure the success of influencer collaborations to enhance future campaigns.
Experience:
- Prior internship or work experience in sales, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (6 months to 1 year) is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and influencers.
- Analytical thinking to assess campaign performance and optimize results.
- Time management and keen attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with marketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus.
- Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
