We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth in the pharmaceutical and food processing sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and creating long-term value for clients.

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharma and food manufacturing units through networking, industry outreach, and strategic targeting.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling product presentations, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Reporting & Strategy: Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales performance, and gather actionable market intelligence.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in specialized equipment for pharma or food processing industries
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with excellent presentation abilities
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Education: MBA / Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• Core Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to handle objections and build trust
