Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site and hybrid position. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be the primary force behind user growth, brand presence, and community building for an early-stage startup defining a new category on the web. You will own content creation, drive platform signups, execute on-ground outreach, and build influencer partnerships, working directly with the founder with real ownership over outcomes.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for vibe coding, AI tools, and the future of the web
- Strong content creation skills across Instagram, YouTube, and X
- Ability to write clearly and compellingly in English for both social and long-form content
- Comfortable using AI-native tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership without being micromanaged
- Experience in social media management, growth marketing, or content creation is a plus
- Freshers with strong portfolios and demonstrable passion for tech are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field
- Prior experience with tech startups or SaaS platforms is an advantage
