Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic offline Sales / Marketing Executive who will contribute to business growth by generating and converting new leads. This role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills, coordination abilities, and a patient-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Engage with domestic patient enquiries and guide them through treatment options
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and internal teams for patient admissions and care facilitation
- Generate new business through follow-ups, referrals, and relationship building
- Marketing and outreach activities to increase patient inflow
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and patient updates
Requirements & Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, healthcare coordination, or client handling
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of healthcare services or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
