We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, client engagement, and promotional initiatives, while supporting sales operations and events coordination in an industrial B2B environment.

Experience : 2 - 3 years of experience in Process Equipment Manufacturing sector
Qualification : B.E. Mechanical & MBA (Marketing preferred)
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through email marketing, cold calling, and other digital/telephonic outreach methods.
- Plan and execute company promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and market reach.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present the company’s products and capabilities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and support the sales cycle.
- Handover qualified inquiries received from online platforms and campaigns to the sales team for further processing.
- Coordinate and manage logistics and requirements for exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Sector-wise Planning and Execution of Marketing Campaigns and Advertisement works.
Key Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing and CRM tools.
- Good presentation and client handling abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Exposure to industrial marketing or B2B environments preferred.
